- As an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer, you will perform advanced engineering techniques, makes decisions on engineering problems and methods, and interfaces with the client to define project scope.
- Required to perform electrical engineering and design assignments associated with production, maintenance, process, capital projects, R&D, and power distribution involving the application of established electrical technology and principles, including performing all electrical calculations, and often requiring coordination with other engineering design, and cross-functional competencies to provide economical and expedient task implementation.
- Responsible for study, design, specification, and services related to electrical systems including power generation, power systems performance and control, cabling and wiring, lighting, motor control centers, communication systems, cathodic protection, grounding, lightning protection, heat tracing, etc.
- Industrial electrical power distribution ranging from high voltage (greater than 35kV), medium voltage (1kV through 35kV) through low voltage (120V through 1kV)
- Electrical power distribution equipment such as generators, substations, switchgear, transformers, motor control centers, distribution panels
