- Provide administrative assistance and support services focusing on duties associated with the administration of local, state, and federal elections and civic engagement.
- Serve as deputy city clerk for the purposes of election administration and act as head election official in the absence of the city clerk.
- Utilize the State Voter Registration System (SVRS) to help in-person voters successfully cast a ballot according to absentee voting laws and guidelines.
- Maintain a close relationship with Hennepin County Elections division to ensure continuity between office operations and quality service delivery to voters.
- Facilitate and support voter education, outreach, and civic engagement activities.
