- Our Chemprene LLC and AMMEGA Specialty team are currently looking for an Environmental Health and Safety ManagerAs the EHS Manager, you will be responsible for the health and safety of the workforce, environmental permitting and registrations, hazmat, and worker’s compensation claims.
- The EHS manager is also responsible for making sure the company and its employees are meeting EHS regulations and OSHA safety standards.
- A day in the life of the EHS Manager can look like: Daily Safety Walks and interactions with Production Workers.
- Update, maintain and ensure compliance and reporting with confined space entry, emergency contingency clan, hazardous communication, hearing conservation, hot work, forklift, lockout/tag-out, mill Rescue, PPE, radiation safety, respiratory protection, storm water pollution prevention plan, Tier II, TRI, Title V and other programs as required.
- Complete new hire orientation for safety and environmental topics Update and maintain the information in the SDS computer database.
