- Assures completion of IFSP and high quality outcomes that are functional and meet the 6-step criteria as prescribed by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD).
- Complete monthly files review summary sheets and turn into Clinical Manager for a full file review, TRS, 45 day, or TPC.Review the Service Coordinator caseload report bi-weekly to monitor 45 Day compliance for children who have been determined eligible and those without eligibility.
- Review the Timely Receipt of Services (TRS) CAP log during bi-weekly supervision to monitor TRS deadlines.
- Review the Transition Compliance (TPC) report every month in order make sure that TPCs are being scheduled and/or carried out in a timely manner.
