- We have an exciting opportunity for a Docketing Coordinator in the Atlanta office at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team of lawyers, paralegals and business professionals.
- The Docketing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining due dates/deadlines in a computerized docket system for multiple courts and jurisdictions, reviewing legal documents and calculating, recording and disseminating response dates based on court rules and civil procedures.
- Prepares and distributes specialized docket reports as requested.
- Maintains and updates all additions and changes in the automated docket system.
- Responds to written or verbal requests regarding calendared events, pleadings and court procedures and modifications to compliance dates on the docket calendar.
