- The Divisional Training Manager for the Hotel and Golf Division is responsible for implementing, facilitating and assessing the effectiveness of all required divisional training and development policy and programs to enhance the overall skills and succession planning of all Hotel and Golf Team Members.
- This position is to provide inspiring and strategic leadership while directing the activities of the Hotel and Golf Training department in support of the mission, core values, standards and goals established by PRC. Works closely with the Talent Development team to ensure collaboration within the organization.
- All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Customer Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort Casino.
- Works with Division Executive Leadership, Department Managers, and Department Job Trainers to ensure Divisional On-boarding and On the Job Training are successful
- Ensures organizational peak performance is achieved through continuous improvement in the areas of guest satisfaction and training development programs within the division
