- The DSM is responsible for professionally and enthusiastically representing Rivulis, transferring that enthusiasm for Rivulis and Rivulis and Jain products to the dealers and growers in the territory.
- The DSM will work closely with the Director of sales to create annual sales budgets and sales and distribution strategies, and work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Product Management to ensure customers are receiving expedient and excellent service and support.
- The DSM will enjoy traveling constantly throughout the territory, ensuring frequent in-person contact with all key customers and potential customers, including dealers and growers, to achieve the territory sales objectives.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university; or extensive experience and/or training; and knowledge in irrigation, agriculture or farming experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Identify market opportunities based on crop, location, irrigation method, etc., and compile and provide grower lists to the Marketing Department.
