- A Display cook must demonstrate the ability to handle sauté and wok equipment over high heat, char-broiler, fryolators, ovens, flattop grill and batch freezer.
- The display cook must carefully follow Dining Services recipes and culinary arts techniques.
- The display cook is required to participate in all other duties as assigned by manager or Head Cook. Lastly, the display cook must be able to comply with all state and local food service regulations, including practicing SERVSAFE and NSF standards.
