- The Director Operations plans, directs, organizes and controls warehousing, distribution, and transportation activities for the distribution center.
- The Director Operations is responsible for implementing company operating policies, procedures and processes that achieve safe, efficient, and cost effective facility operations, while meeting customer service expectations.
- The Director Operations maintains the distribution center in accordance with Company's health and sanitation standards, federal and state OSHA requirements and protects and maintains company assets (inventory, facilities and fleet) within the designated region.
- Oversee and execute all inventory control procedures ensuring maximum safeguard of the company's physical inventory.
