- The Director, Regional Transit Sales will work closely with MTM Transit Operations, Marketing and the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to oversee the growth of profitable new business within their assigned region, and to develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with market stakeholders.
- The Director, Regional Transit Sales will be responsible for executing a strategic approach to new client sales and initiating, developing, and closing those sales.
- Execute all facets of the role in conjunction with use of the Salesforce platform and MTM Transit sales playbooks and sales plan.
- Actively prospect for new business within their region that meets the current strategic focus for target clients as defined by the CSO
- Achieve regional sales goals as defined by CSO on an annual basis
