- The Director of Property Management & Facilities will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of a 1.1M square foot building portfolio comprised of 30 locations, across 5 states, for 3 business divisions (heavy equipment, material handling and equipment rental businesses).
- Key deliverables include life cycle planning, building maintenance services, capital forecasting, and project management for facility renovations and relocations.
- Oversee lease administration; manage and monitor key/critical dates such as renewal and termination options.
- Working knowledge of civil engineering, architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
