- Your main priorities are to (1) elevate the CLEAR Plus member experience through frictionless self-service account management and delightful Member Care interactions that drive lasting retention; and (2) build reliable CLEAR-owned subscription, payment and pricing services, enabling business scalability and agility with minimal engineering overhead.
- Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for CLEAR’s Membership management experiences, Member Care enablement, and next generation Subscription & Payments platform
- Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Operations, Member Care, Marketing, Security and Legal to ensure alignment in priorities, staying one step ahead of business needs as we innovate on new benefits and services for CLEAR Members
