- As the Director of Sales, you are responsible for coordinating and participating in the direct sales effort in the group, corporate and travel market.
- You will work with other Sales leaders to establish group sales goals, forecast group revenues, budget and management of the Sales office.
- To ensure the team's overall success, you will oversee the attainment of budgeted goals and coordinate direct sales activities such as road shows, blitz's, group promotions, etc.
- Direct all facets of the group sales effort to meet or exceed budgeted revenue and department profits.
- Work in tandem with the Rooms Director to establish pricing and yield management execution to maximize rate and occupancy with varying supply and demand conditions.
