- Position SummaryThe Director of Sales is responsible for the overall planning, coordinating, managing, controlling, directing and achieving sales revenue objectives, and assumes the overall managerial and leadership functions of the Sales Division.
- The position reports directly to the President and CEO and is looked upon to play a significant role in selecting, prioritizing, implementing and executing an integrated business and product development approach to the Company’s target market.
- Assessing the financial viability and strategic fit of business opportunities arising in area of responsibility, including describing size and growth of existing markets and opportunities, return on investment calculations, pricing scenarios, sensitivity analysis etc.
- Coordinating with the Chief Technology Officer, assists with software product development direction, scope, functionality and time-to-market needs and priorities.
- Coordinating with the Vice President – Marketing Services, enhances the Company’s visibility and image within the industry via its products, market presence, and major industry meetings, trade shows, advertising efforts, and other marketing and sales vehicles.
