- As our Director of Revenue Management, you will oversee the brand, marketing, and pricing strategies of more than $5 Billion of luxury real estate properties, assist in the achievement of maximum occupancy at all our locations, and oversee content and collateral-creating production, and distribution.
- Optimize room, amenity, concierge and real estate ownership sales revenue through the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and update marketing channels such as direct sales, wholesalers, travel agents, vrbo, homeaway, Marriott, Expedia, AirBnB, Flipkey, and 72 other OTA channels.
- Set price per night by analyzing/forecasting demand and establishing effective selling strategies, oversell strategies, and efficient market mix, including group, transient, wholesale, and amenity revenues.
