- You will lead a dedicated team including the Technical Support Manager, Service and Warranty Coordinator, Technical Trainer, and members of our Inside Parts Sales and Field Service teams.
- OEM Relationship Management: Maintain and manage partnerships with OEMs, ensuring they are accountable for product support and leveraging all tools and resources to support our customers.
- Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints through various channels, acting with empathy and concern.
- Rental and Demo Fleet Management: Oversee our fleet of inventory used for rental, demonstration, and sales.
- Warranty Management: Maximize recovery of warranty dollars by managing all OEM warranty activities with dealers and customers.
