- The Director of Facilities is responsible for providing all staff and residents with a comfortable environment that is safe, sanitary, and well-functioning as well as ensuring that Agency assets are being managed in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- The Director of Facilities is a key member of the senior leadership team that provides strategic and operational guidance for the organization in addition to leading and developing team members.
- Ensure that all local, MSHA, or HUD reporting requirements are completed and submitted in a timely accurate manner including but not limited to PHAS, REAC, NSPIRE, etc.
- Manage a team of direct reports: Maintenance Technicians level I and II and Grounds Maintenance Technician.
