ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES•        Manages MARTA's Capital Improvement Program for system expansion.•        Directs project rehabilitation, enhancement, expansion, and compliance.•        Leads in consultant selection, contract management, and invoice payments.•        Supports project lifecycle from planning to decommissioning.•        Ensures project compliance, schedule, and budget adherence.•        Manages program contracts, coordinating with various departments.•        Participates in and leads planning, design, and review meetings.•        Advises executive management and serves as a federal liaison.•        Performs additional duties as needed. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES•        Manages personnel in Expansion Engineering, overseeing infrastructure projects.•        Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, and managing team performance. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE•        Requires an engineering or related degree.•        At least ten years' experience in infrastructure expansion planning, design, and implementation, preferably in rapid transit.•        Must have knowledge in contract development and administration, with excellent communication, analytical, and negotiating skills.•        Professional Engineer registration in Georgia and supervisory experience preferred.
