- We are seeking a full-time Director of Digital Media to help lead our Digital Media efforts, including but not limited to programmatic, paid search, paid social, and Influencer/Ambassador programs.
- Conducts performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports Establishes expectations and goals for the team on performance marketing Provide cross-channel media training for direct reports Media Activation Develop and manage programmatic, paid search, social media, and influencer/ambassador campaigns.
- Client Relationship Support Support new business development through thought leadership and digital strategy.
- Proven success in executing programmatic campaigns through an in-house programmatic desk, paid search, paid social media, and influencer/ambassador campaigns.
- Prefer knowledge of paid media platform set-up, including Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Pinterest, YouTube, and the Trade Desk Some experience with social listening and social publishing partners is valuable but not required (e.g., Muckrack, Brandwatch, NetBase, Facebook Insights, Khoros, Sprinklr) High competency level in Google Apps with specific strengths in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
