We are seeking a full-time Director of Digital Media to help lead our Digital Media efforts, including but not limited to programmatic, paid search, paid social, and Influencer/Ambassador programs. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MEDIA Team Leadership Motivate, lead, and manage internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet client business objectives. Conducts performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports Establishes expectations and goals for the team on performance marketing Provide cross-channel media training for direct reports Media Activation Develop and manage programmatic, paid search, social media, and influencer/ambassador campaigns. Develops, manages, and monitors client performance KPI goals for a diverse set of accounts Manage and oversee all digital fees and margins to ensure accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and maximum ROI. QA in-platform and review team channel recommendations Oversee trafficking and tag planning and implementation across applicable channels Develop testing strategies (A/B and multivariate tests) with Planning and Strategy to enhance the program and gain insights into channel incrementality, prospects, and member segments. Facilitates the development and documentation of best practices and frameworks to improve performance efficiencies Manage and oversee all digital fees and margins to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness and maintain department gross margin target & retention target. Manage our digital media vendor relationships as well as our programmatic desk. Client Relationship Support Support new business development through thought leadership and digital strategy. Attend/participate in client pitch/reporting as necessary Understand and explain the features and benefits of all MB products and services. Cross-sells products and services to grow MB's share of marketing spend Monitor and report on digital media KPIs, providing regular updates to key internal stakeholders. IDEAL BACKGROUND A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital media, preferably with some experience in an agency setting. Proven success in executing programmatic campaigns through an in-house programmatic desk, paid search, paid social media, and influencer/ambassador campaigns. Prefer knowledge of paid media platform set-up, including Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Pinterest, YouTube, and the Trade Desk Some experience with social listening and social publishing partners is valuable but not required (e.g., Muckrack, Brandwatch, NetBase, Facebook Insights, Khoros, Sprinklr) High competency level in Google Apps with specific strengths in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with precision in the quick-turn execution of campaigns, content, and client documents Required: 6+ Years of Paid Media Experience (Programmatic DSP, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) Required: 2+ years Experience with direct reports, preferably at another agency Required: Proven experience with campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis Required: 4+ Years of Client-Facing/Agency Advertising Experience Are you excited about the role but don't meet every single requirement? The person in this role will routinely work remotely most Fridays, and we will consider an additional routine remote day during the week after initial training is complete. That said, we understand that some days are more productive remotely, and we offer additional remote flexibility as needed.
