- Creates demand for offerings with IC stakeholders for hands on identification, qualification, capture, proposal development and closing of opportunitiesSupports BD with coordinating with Tech Director to create or refine solution demos Will lead the development of ROMs and Proposal content for B&P effortsActively manage IC client relations in conjunction with Division/Sector Business Development (BD) and Practice Director.

- Demonstrated understanding of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Resource Allocation Plan (RAP) development, Acquisition Program Management to a Level I/II/III/ACAT program of record
- For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
