- The Director of Culinary Development will partner with the Taste & Theory senior leadership team to plan, implement and support existing and new restaurant and bar programs and concepts.
- Guides and directs the culinary development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the restaurant and bar operations in the Taste & Theory portfolio.
- Provide oversight and execution of all culinary program initiative tasks, including kitchen operations, kitchen design/layout, training programs and recipe database management across all restaurant and bar operations.
- Including overseeing inventory control systems, manage food costing systems, and create and maintain templates and tools.
- Assist in planning and executing new restaurant and bar openings, including kitchen design and layout.
