- Collaborates with the VP of Behavioral Health to oversee management and operations of Crisis Emergency Services for The MetroHealth System (MHS) located at St. Vincent Charity in a patient-centric manner.
- Advises VP of Behavioral Health on those matters involving operational decision-making.
- Together with the VP of Behavioral Health, monitors and manages center performance against metrics (budget, quality, patient experience, and population health).
- Shares responsibility with Behavioral Health leadership regarding the oversight of all facets of daily operations, including reviewing, recommending, and implementing service enhancements; managing capital, expense, and revenue budget for the area; establishing and maintaining an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish center goals; supervising staff and coordinating schedules.
