- May serve as Construction Manager for assigned building projects.
- Works with design professionals and independent technical experts to ensure accurate interpretation of and compliance with plans and specifications for construction projects.
- Works with Office and Project Coordinator and others to ensure that cost estimates are sound and budget parameters are maintained.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required (prefer Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management).
- A minimum of five (5) years employment experience in construction project management is required, to include at a minimum:Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting architect-engineer designsProficiency in contract language, drafting, and negotiationProficiency in project budget design and monitoringProficiency in codes and regulationsProficiency in the development and evaluation of bid proposalsProficiency in OSHA regulations.
