- Primary Purpose Summary The Director of Compliance Program Operations has responsibility for managing the effective implementation of specific components of Parkland’s Ethics and Compliance Program (“Program”) across the health system.
- This includes adherence to the requirements and guidance set forth by various regulatory authorities, such as the Office of Inspector General (OIG), the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Texas Health and Human Services (HHS).
- Specifically, currently certified and in good standing with one of the following: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC) Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) Renewals must be submitted no later than 7 calendar days after the current expiration date.
- Excellent critical-thinking skills with intuitive ability to appropriately escalate matters based on potential risk to the organization.
