- At 1888 Industrial Services, we cover a wide range of industrial markets and provide services for oil & gas, commercial & industrial piping systems, full paint/coating shop services, and general commercial and industrial sectors.
- The mechanic will oversee day-to-day and preventive maintenance of all company fleet including heavy trucks, heavy equipment, light trucks, and more.
- The mechanic will work closely with teammates to repair equipment on a timely basis to ensure our operations can continue running.
- Responsibilities Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of equipment and tools involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems Inspections and diagnoses of fleet Properly fix and maintain vehicles and equipment Run diagnostic tests Oil changes and brake checks Maintain records and inventory of all parts Physically capable to do the job.
- Experience must include at least 2 of the following: Heavy truck, heavy equipment, diesel, light truck, and automotive and gen set.
