- Seton Hall University School of Law’s Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic through its Detention and Deportation Defense Initiative has an immediate opening for a full-time Detention Fellow.
- This is a two-year fellowship and is entirely grant-funded.
- The Center for Social Justice is home to the Law School’s vibrant clinical program including civil litigation; equal justice; family law; health justice; criminal law; immigrants’ rights/international human rights; and impact litigation.
- Seton Hall Law’s Detention Project presently encompasses a Managing Attorney, two full-time Practitioners-in Residence, two clinical faculty members, a Detention Fellow, clinical and extern law students, and two full-time paralegals.
- Coordinating law student involvement with the immigration detention project.
