- Knowledge and understanding of Windows 10 v20H2 - Ability to review and understand Windows event viewer - Experience using remote management tools to support remote users - Knowledge of and experience using system management consoles - Strong knowledge of and experience working with various software - Experience in computer networking - Strong customer service skills
