- Sony Corporation of America (“SCA”) is seeking a Desktop Support IT intern to support a couple of initiatives on enhancing & updating users’ system and including proving technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, and configuring hardware and software across the organization.
- Provide technical assistance and end user support to staff and customers on hardware and software-related issues, including help desk notes for escalation and resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, and software issues reported to the service desk.
- Participate in activities related to Change Management, Major Incident Response, and other key processes.
