- A relevant Microsoft or CompTIA Certification is not required but would be preferred, an ITIL qualification would also be advantageous.
- ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance remotely or on-siteAdministration of Dash's support service desk system (JIRA) including logging of IT support calls received via walk ups, Teams, email, phone calls, etc.
