Full-time
- Our employees work on the world’s most advanced electronics – from saving emissions in the City of Lights to powering the Mars Rover to protecting the F-35 fighter jet.
- BAE Systems Microelectronics Engineering is looking for an IC CAD/EDA tools engineer to help support our Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuit design team as we develop novel RF and mixed-signal circuits in small geometry CMOS (<45nm) and cutting-edge SiGe BiCMOS processes.
- Our cutting edge mixed-signal ICs often require high-performance RF/microwave (such as LNAs, mixers, VCOs, baluns, vector modulators) and mixed-signal (ADCs, DACs, Fractional-N PLLs) circuit designs that rely heavily on simulations and verification to meet stringent defense performance requirements in a secure enterprise environment.
- Working with designers and EDA tools vendors to develop flows that to support analog, digital, mixed-signal, and EM simulations, schematic and layout entry, design analysis, and verification.
- Familiarity with EDA tools: Cadence Virtuoso and SpectreRF/Assura/Calibre; Keysight ADS; Synopsys; Matlab
