- The Design Consultant (DC) is responsible for the day-to-day activities focused on communicating, maintaining and executing the Strobel Design Build (SDB) design/build process as set forth by the SDB Leadership Team. The DC is responsible for setting sales goals with the SDB Leadership that can be defined and achieved on a quarterly basis, ultimately resulting in year-end achievement of goals.
- Maintain high levels of ethics, morals and standards in the design, sales and production process.
- DC will be responsible for converting and creating new accounts using the SDB tools and process.
- DC is required to manage, upload and enter all sales activity, client communications and schedules within the Lead Opportunity profile within Builder Trend; manage dates/schedules on the Design/Sales/Estimating spreadsheet as well as creating a Pre-Scope of Work document for all new design/build projects.
- The DC will be expected to work approximately 40-hours a week with the understanding their work ethic and desire for success will apply the hours necessary to ensure they’re meeting and exceeding their sales goals.
