- They will answer phones, handle patient inquiries, make appointments, and assist with the completion of the patient’s treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager.
- Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies
- Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO), is a plus
