- Education: Successful completion of a dental hygiene program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA).
- License: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Dental Hygienist.
- Legal Authorization to Work in the United States: HCWs performing under this contract must be a U.S. Citizen as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, U. S. Citizenship, and Immigration Services, either a noncitizen national of the United State, lawful permanent resident of the United States, or alien authorized to work in the United States.
- TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS: Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be at Naval Hospital YumaRecognized Holidays: Contract HCWs will not be required to work on federally recognized holidays.
