- The Defined Benefits Technical Consultant will support the business by working on highly complex Defined Benefit data consulting projects leveraging their analytical strengths and skills.
- The Technical Consultant leverages various service category databases, data warehouses, and other technical applications (i.e. SQL, Snap Logic, Access, Snowflake, Excel) to identify, analyze and propose solutions to clean the data required to provide accurate administration of Defined Benefits.
- Data Consulting engages in data quality improvement efforts that span single and multiple product lines (i.e. Health and Welfare, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Stock Plan Services and HR/Payroll) within the implementation and ongoing servicing client lifecycle.
- Required: 4+ Years of demonstrated Defined Benefit and/or Pension Administration experience required
- Knowledge of Fidelity’s backend product tables (DBR1, WIDE, Snowflake, etc.)
