- The City of Mesa Police Department is seeking a Database Administrator (DBA) to perform all database support and troubleshooting tasks including production related work, such as full-development life-cycle support for database applications, monitoring and tuning production performance, creating and defining database files, and making capacity estimates in development and production systems.
- Administering Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL DB, SSIS, and SSRS.
- As a member of the Police Department's Information Technology unit, you will work with the technology team on best practices and participate as a database expert on project teams for new implementation and upgrades.
- The ideal candidate will have strong professional experience with Microsoft SQL, Excel, data modeling, usability design, visualizations, unstructured information analysis, data warehousing, functional requirements analysis, and business analytics; administering Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL DB, SSIS, and SSRS.
