- Use Agile Development Operations (DevOps) to conduct research and development; analyze and recommend system engineering improvements for enhanced cyber hardware and software concepts; allow for cyber fusion and advanced analytical capability; assure cyber operators faster discovery and improved predictive capability on existing cyber hardware and software; develop integrated system solutions; and provide improved cyber monitoring, assessment, planning and response capabilities.
- The Cybersecurity Engineer will support the design, development, prototyping, implementation, testing, integration, configuration management, training, and maintenance of large-scale data analytics techniques and technologies, cloud computing infrastructure, data processing architectures, and cloud based service delivery models to support NAVY’S CYBERSECURITY DEFENSIVE OPERATIONS ENGINEERING.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics with a concentration in computer science or equivalent
- At least one of the following: CCNA -Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP certifications
