- Responsible for providing timely and accurate technical and sales support of FRS - PRUFTECHNIK devices and system to customer and clients within America’s Region.
- This position sources solutions to technical inquiries corresponding with software implementation, commissioning, system usage, instruction, applied applications, faults, and troubleshooting.
- The Technical Support Specialist will also provide feedback to the sales team for verification of specifications and application requirements.
- Respond to customer requests for support that arrive by telephone, email, social media, etc.
