Job Title: Customer Success Manager, Smart City Location: Remote - Texas Reports to: Director of Customer Success Department Name: Customer Success Team Job Types: Full Time, Exempt Salary Range: 80k - $100k (Actual compensation is commensurate with job related knowledge, skills, experience, etc.) Overview Rubicon is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support and grow our existing SaaS clients. This role is tasked with ensuring our government partners fully adopt, use, and leverage the RUBICONSmartCity software to increase their performance and monitoring of day-to-day hauling activities. We are looking for proactive candidates with a proven track record of delighting internal and external customers with excellent service. Our preferred candidate must have previous solid waste experience preferably in a government operation. Additionally, knowledge of routing software for high-density fleet operations is desirable. Flexibility, tech savviness, and a passion for cities are also important attributes. The ideal candidate also will have experience in account management or customer success. This position is located anywhere within the state of Texas. Preferred Experience and Skills: <ul><li>S. or B.A. or comparable work experience. </li><li>Minimum 8 years' work experience required. </li><li>Customer Success ProficiencyExperience with Account Management or Customer Success, ideally for a SaaS product. </li><li>Extensive experience and knowledge within the sanitation industry is required. </li><li>At Least 2 years of routing and logistics experience is required. </li><li>Tech-savvyExperience with SaaS technology, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. </li><li>Proven track record of building rapport and relationships at all levels, with an emphasis on being able to build relationships with government staff and municipal leadership. </li><li>Customer AdvocateWork closely with key internal teams (Business Development, Launch/Implementation, and Product Teams) while advocating for the customer. </li> <li>LiaisonAbility to balance internal and external stakeholder expectations. </li><li>Good listening skills and ability to understand underlying issues and how we can help solve them. </li><li>AdaptabilityComfortable working across a range of hierarchies and environments. </li><li>Strong data analysis skills including creating data visualizations and related reports, using Excel, PowerBI, or other tools. </li><li>Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
