- We are in an exciting part of our journey to grow and mature the Customer Success muscle at Trimble and are looking for a results-driven Enablement Specialist to focus on enabling and upskilling Customer Success team members to effectively fulfill their responsibilities.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Enablement / Training / L&DPrefer to have minimum 2 years experience in Customer SuccessExperience in Instructional DesignExperience in facilitating New Hire onboardingPassion for designing processes that scaleStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Enterprise B2B SaaS customer success fundamentals.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, self-motivated and team-orientedEnjoy getting your hands dirty by digging into complex operationsTake high degree of ownership over workloadPositive, never fail attitudeExperience using learning management systems for course delivery, learning journeys, and tracking results.
