- The primarily role of the Stratus Service Support Engineer is case management of issues associated with Stratus servers.
- This person must possess a strong understanding of one of the following Operating Systems: VOS, Windows, Linux, RedHat, or VMware.
- This person must also be willing to learn a Stratus proprietary OS known as VOS. An understanding of RAID storage solutions would be an added advantage.
- Deliver superior customer support on identified key/critical accounts as required
