- Robert Half is partnering with a manufacturing client in the recruiting for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
- Responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries through email and phone, maintaining accurate customer information in database, providing quotes and pricing, order entry, shipment tracking and delivery timeline communication.
- You will also assist cross-functionally with other departments including marketing and supply chain as well as responsible for ad hoc reporting and process improvement projects.
- This is a permanent placement opportunity offering full compensation package with benefits, 401k match, paid time off and holidays.
- 2+ years' experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
