- Provide a wide variety of financial services such as opening and closing various deposit accounts, renewing certificate of deposit accounts, processing loan transactions, and assisting customers with account questions
- Process miscellaneous customer requests, such as stop payments, automatic transfers, check orders, checkbook balancing, etc.
- Respond to customers with inquiries and transaction requests made by the phone, mail and website
- Assist Branch Management with daily Branch Operations duties such as pulling various customer reports and gathering data as needed
- Review, complete and assist customers with intermediate lending applications including mortgage and HELOC Independently research and resolve account issues
