- Brite Star Uniforms is seeking an inside B2B Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for effectively working with new and existing accounts to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- In this role, the representative will receive and respond to incoming customer service phone calls and emails, demonstrate unsurpassed customer service by promptly addressing day-to-day customer requests, perform data entry tasks involved in our B2B industry specific software, and prepare reports / audits for our B2B accounts.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; three to four years of experience in business-to-business customer service and/or a college degree are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills telephone, written and face-to-face.
