- Summary: The customer service department plays the critical interface role between our dealer network and the KE USA Operations Group.
- Their primary responsibility is to receive and process dealer orders ensuring that;
- Occasionally, they collect dealer feedback regarding various product quality, installation and/or delivery problems.
- Their experience and product knowledge can also assist the dealer with the choice of KE products to best satisfy their end customer needs.
- Receive dealer order forms and correctly input order information in the company database system following company policy
