- This position supports the Customer Service and Sales teams by undertaking a broad range of customer service duties for assigned customers related to OEM and/or repair sales, quotations and orders.
- Duties include, pricing, quoting, purchase order review, order entry, resolving customer hold issues, expediting customer orders, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships within the organization.
- Act as the primary interface between assigned customers and Sales, Engineering, Materials, Operations and Finance colleagues to support customer needs and business objectives.
- Purchase order review, order entry and maintenance and resolution of customer issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by responsible manager and/or business unit manager
