Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Customer Service Representative will maintain customer relationships by providing product knowledge and pricing to clients; provide timely order updates to client: maintain precise data within product sales management system; maintain sales data for national and international sales orders. Responsibilities:<ul><li> Effectively respond to customer complaints and provide solutions</li><li> Process orders and transactions within the sales and shipping management system</li><li> Accurately record customer information such as type of equipment used at customer sites</li><li> Maintain customer information files for national and international sale orders</li><li> Cold call potential customers to secure new sales</li></ul> MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO PERFORM THIS JOB<ul><li>3-5 years or more as a Customer Service Representative with a manufacturing company</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft office suite, JD Edwards or comparable ERP System </li><li>Ability to quickly learn about company's product and services and able to explain to customers</li></ul> Location: Woodland, CADuration: Contract, 6+ monthsHourly Rate: $25 - $30 Benefits include: -MEC/ACP Medical -Voluntary Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental Income -401k (must meet requirements) -sick leave as required by state/county
