- This role will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers and guests as the receptionist for our corporate location.
- In addition to receptionist reponsibilities, the Purchasing Operations Representative will assist and provide support to the Director, Managers and Purchasing Agents within the Purchasing Department.
- This role will interact with internal and external customers and will also be required to maintain good working relationships with outside service providers.
- Responsible for greeting clients, answering phones and taking messages, performing general clerical/administrative tasks such as entering/updating information into client database, generating/updating documents in MS Word, updating Excel Spreadsheets, updating PowerPoint diagrams, scanning/filing documents, supply room maintenance, ensuring office and kitchen are neat and presentable.
- Must be punctual, able to multitask, a self-starter able to work independently and proactively manage projects and handle confidential materials.
