- To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Customer Service Gate Agent in our Ground Handling Department.
- The primary responsibility of the position is assisting passengers with boarding the aircraft.
- This role monitors computerized passenger boarding, assists customers with special needs, and changes customer flight itinerary as required.
- The successful candidate will be able to successfully complete the Gate Agent training course, lift seventy (70) pounds, and work all shifts.
- Airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
