- Assist and support SBI Sales Team with order to cash responsibilities with a primary focus on managing accounts receivable.
- Provide resolution for internal and external customers on issues including but not limited to order entry, billing, ERP data maintenance, payment processing, cash collection and organization of critical information that supports internal and external reporting requirements in an efficient manner.
- This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and is part of the Finance team.
- The ideal candidate must exhibit attention to detail, manage well in a fast-paced environment, execute sound decision making and prioritization on a daily basis.
- Supports shared order management tasks on a daily basis such as: o order entry o billing o customer required form support for sales o ERP data maintenance o payment processing o rental order management tasks o logistics support as needed
