Understand desired customer outcomes and work towards a solution as it relates to customer satisfaction, de-escalation, and company policy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work with the Escalated Claims Team to investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot customer-reported issues to resolve them in a timely and accurate manner. </li></ul><ul><li>Follow established company and department processes for investigating and resolving escalated customer issues. </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with teams (internal or external) to inspect claim and resolve disputes </li></ul><ul><li>Represent the voice of the customer to provide input current product/installation challenges </li></ul><ul><li>Promote customer retention, growth and satisfaction by maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships </li></ul><ul><li>Complete other related duties as assigned. </li></ul>Minimum Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED </li></ul><ul><li>2+ years of customer service and resolution experience </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to remain calm and professional in situations of escalation </li></ul><ul><li>Experience de-escalating situations and working towards a positive resolution for all parties </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively </li></ul>QualificationsSkillsBehaviorsMotivationsEducationExperienceLicenses & Certifications
